For example, AT&T uses it for their Alliance Teleconferencing; Telecom USA has its Voice News Network on those lines, etc. When you dial 700-xxx-xxxx, *which* 700 you get depends on your default LD carrier. Dialing 700-555-4141 will identify the LD carrier serving your line with one plus dialing. PAT]
