Borland's Turbo C (and C++) are distributed with four available
fonts for their BGI drivers, which come as .CHR files.  Does anyone
know the format of these file?  More importantly does anyone know
whether any other fonts in this format exist other than the four
(relatively ugly) default fonts they distribute?  A pointer to an
anonymous FTP site or the like would be *highly* appreciated.
