The latest version is always on godzilla. As the program author, I *know*
this.

I do upload to ftp.brl.mil occaisionally and will do so at the next 
release point.

I would strongly recommend godzilla for *new* users of texsgi. If you are
an existing texsgi user and the bugs don't worry you [:-)], you probably
can keep using the one you got from ftp.brl.mil
