Greetings.  I couldn't find this in the FAQ list, so I ask here (since they're
not part of ANSI C.)  If someone knows what historical C compilers actually
used entry, asm, inclusive-or fortran, and the associated syntax and semantics,
please email me.  I will summarize to the net if sufficient interest and
information arrive.
