To those that request email copies of ForthNet files:

I answer these requests in my spare time.  PLEASE make it easier for
me to do that by following the directions that are included in every
"Files On-Line" posting.


I have had several requests that failed to include a return address in
the BODY of the message.  I cannot rely on the From: or Reply-To:
addresses in the header, you MUST include an address which is either:

	Relative to an Internet site (any *valid* Fully Qualified Domain
	    Name will do)

	Relative to a well known UseNet site, such as uunet.

    If you are on a BITNET host, PLEASE include your reply address as
    relative to an Internet site which is an Internet<->BITNET gateway.



If you have sent your request for BASIS15.ARC more than 2 days ago,
please resend it with a DIFFERENT return address in the body, because:

    Several replies have bounced due to bad return addresses.  As
    these were for copies of BASIS15.ARC, they thoroughly clogged my
    mailer and I lost the addresses of the those whose replies
    bounced.

OR:

    Several requests were missing email addresses in the body of the
    message that have bounced when I tried the From: address.
