Is there an ftp site for CLIPS code?

Is there a mailing list for CLIPS users?

Is anyone out there even *using* CLIPS?

For those unfamiliar with CLIPS, it is an expert system
implementation language/run-time system developed at
NASA Johnson Space Center.  It is available via NASA's
COSMIC program.  Any requests for further information
can be directed to me via email.
