I like working where I work because our stuff really does what we say it does...and our customers agree. We've got lots of success stories where customers say things like "We couldn't have done it without Rational's support environment" and "Rational saved us $117 million over the course of the four projects", etc. We DO sell a fully-integrated lifecycle support environment. I can't help it if it sound buzzwordy, but it's true.
