When pr prints from stdin, the current date and time should be printed.
However, when pr prints from a file, the last modification date of the
file should be printed in the header.  (This is what happens on the big
BSD box.)

Minix 1.5.10 pr always prints the current date and time.
Here is a simple bug fix:
