The subject says it.

I'm looking for a driver that enables me to run Presentation Manager
with a monochrome screen (no flames, please!). Unfortunately,
IBM OS/2 includes no drivers for Hercules or monochrome EGA cards.

Are there ftp sites with these drivers? 

Are they possibly included with Microsoft OS/2?
