I downloaded NEWDESK from several ftp-sites, but the file
   NEWDESK.DLL
is missing.

The ZIP / LZH / EXE  archive does contain PMEXEC.EXE ( ??? )

Does anybody know where I can find NEWDESK with a correct NEWDESK.DLL ?
