Subject: TOP emacs trouble

I seem to be having a little bit of trouble running the emacs that comes
with the TOP package in the USR/CMDS directory. It seems to load up and
run, but nothing ever comes up on the screen... I have tried several different
terminal types (by setting TERM env variable), but with no success. Any ideas?
