From the man page for kbm:

	DO NOT set the CAPS LOCK key to toggle as the keyboard firmware
	permanently implements toggle mode thereon, ...

I don't care about the silly green light, I want a control key where my
finger is, not in left field somewhere.

Any ideas how the firmware is implemented?  Can I change an EPROM somewhere
and get rid of toggle mode on this key?
