They can be reached at 800-233-2536 (some areas) 313-662-2002 Ask for Teresa Rupert. I have used Cleo 3270 in the past and have found it to be a pretty good product. Teresea stated to me that they do have a way to utilize a tcp/ip/ethernet connection.
