I was trying to retrieve an old RFC (468) and tried NIC.DDN.MIL and
NIS.NSF.NET (as RFC 1177 tells me to) and each no longer have the old
RFCs apparently online.  Or am I looking in the wrong place?  Can anyone
tell me where I should look and perhaps update RFC1177 with the correct
information?
