I am willing to email it to anyone who wants it. You can ask any query, its input is symbolic, and it gives a full report of the answers received. It does, however, have three problems: 1. It only makes TCP connections to name servers. 2. It often screws up when receiving long zone transfers. 3. It is written in (cringe) Fortran. The first two problems could probably be fixed by someone who either knows Bliss-32 and/or understands CMU-Tek's implementation at a higher level than can be gleaned from the documentation.
