I just uploaded the first release of my ANSI graphics editor called MrED.
It's at ab20.larc.nasa.gov in /incoming/amiga/ under the name of MrED.zoo.

MrED is a full-screen color graphics editor with full ANSI support, and may
be useful for Amiga bbs owners, or anyone who needs to edit ANSI files...
Currently, I haven't implemented ansi animations, but that is next on my list
of things to add (if anyone wants it).
