Keywords: janus bridgeboard a2000 expansion memory Message-ID: <1991Apr10.081808.22487@rodan.acs.syr.edu> Date: 10 Apr 91 08:18:08 GMT Sender: mpalange@rodan.acs.syr.edu (Mark Palange) Organization: Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY Lines: 22 To all those who might help: 1: My set up -> A2000, 2 internal drives, A2088 XT Bridgeboard, ST-125 Seagate IBM (Janus) Harddrive, RC-2000 2meg expasion ra(golden image). 2: My problem -> For a few years I've been using my set up with eveything but the expansion mem with no problems. When I add the memory card, My system will crash on the Binddrivers commmand if binddrivers finds the janus software in the sys:expansion directory. Without the janus software the memory seems to work flawlessly. However, that disables my harddrive, which I need. If there is an update to the Janus stuff that works, how do I get it, and how do I tell the version of what I already have? Or, is there anyway that I can bypass the janus stuff alltogether so I can use the bridgeboard and the memory? Any help would be MORE than greatly appriciated. I love my amiga and just want it to work, is that so wrong? =--> MEP.
