You see, I have a 2500/20 with an A2286 AT board, a PC-side hardcard, an A2090A hd controller and an A2052 RAM card, all working nicely together. So I guess it's not the Janus software in your case, but perhaps that RAM board you have has difficulties with autoconfig?
