I called the local amiga repair center and they said that I should cut traces on the motherboard to allow the A501 memory expansion to be added as chipmemory. Is there any other way? Is there room on the motherboard for more memory? If I must cut traces which ones (or where do I find the info)? Also has anyone noticed that area fills into a non-rectangular polygon is slower on the A500 than on the A1000? I have been playing "Ghengis Khan" and "Romance of the three kingdoms" (both by KOEI) seem to run much slower on my A500/A501 than my brothers A1000/insiderII. Why? Can I get mine to run faster? Thanks in advance Mike Boyce mikeb@maid.tv.tek.com
