I am using Kickstart 36.20 and WorkBench 36.69. The snapshot feature does not seem to work properly. I have read the manual and tried untold combinations and none seem to work. (I tried Snapshot All, closed the window--all of them, because sometimes the bug does not appear until you close the window of the partition I am using--open them back up, and the snapshot did not work).
