Choose one of two install plans:

   1. SR10.3 + pskq2_91      = X11R4 + CDROM + Security and Bug Fixes for 68030

   2. SR10.3 + psk8 + psk8x  = 68040 + X11R4 component of pskq2_91

CDROM support only comes from pskq2_91, a 68030 only release.
