I checked the one that was uploaded to tybalt (and not the one I captured
from the binaries, which might have been a mistake) -- it unpacked fine
but crashed into the monitor when I booted it. I snooped through the boot
code and it looks like it couldn't load something because it jumps to $9600
and there's garbage there, and it BRKs at 9607 or so.

I deleted them both, assuming they were from the same packing (I think it
was corrupted before it was packed, or the program barely works. They do some
marginal softswitch stuff, and it still crashed when I turned my Zip off, so
it looks like a fragile demo to me in any case).
