After writing to Ronald Loon, author of the Jammon Collections, I checked 
milton for the rest of the files (I have the base files and the first side of 
the first collection).  Alas, they were not there.

I would be most appreciative if either
  1)some kind soul could tell me where to find the rest of the files, or
  2)some kind soul could kick me in the tail and tell me to check a different
    subdir.
