Just neqn, tbl and nroff. I recommend GNU roff, which has eqn, tbl, pic and ditroff equivalents. (Wasn't it the GNU roff author who posted the original article...) BTW, for those who haven't got C++, I guess I could put up pre-compiled HP-UX (s300 & s800) binaries of the GNU roff programs for ftp.
