I am looking for a public domain or shareware utility that will allow me
to run any software program as a TSR -- allowing me to start-up various
applications and switch between them with a simple keystroke or two.  I
know of at least one commercial program called "Switch It" that will
allow me to do exactly this, but I just ain't got the money for it.

Is there a shareware or PD utility that will do this for me?
