SOUND BLASTER SITES- MYTH OR ENDANGERED SPECIES?

FTP will not reach ccb.ucsf.edu or kfps-roble6-dynamic.stanford.edu ! 
Specifically it simply waits forever for a response.  Has anyone else ftp'ed
these sites recently?  Everywhere else I can reach just fine.  I have been
trying to acquire Sounblaster .voc files, .rol files etc.  I was told about
Jmplayer, Trackblaster, and ScreamTracker, but they seem to only be at these
unreachable sites because all the other sites I was pointed to
(ux1.cso.uiuc.edu  xanth.cs.odu.edu  etc-long long list..) don't have the
advertised stuff!  I got Jmplayer from the now returned mirrors at
wuarchive.wustl.edu but it was INCOMPLETE!  :-(

So, In short.. does anyone know where to look know or do I just keep trying to
reach ccb and Rogue?  Does anyone have a working JMPLAYER?   If so, please
e-mail about where and if it is now unreachable could I induce you to email it
uuencoded to X3122bcv%oak.decnet@pine.circa.ufl.edu ?? (I know its big.. this
might not be possible from the mailer end, but if it is, I would be SO HAPPY)
Do give advance warning so I can tell whats what- personal mail to the address
in the .sig)
