I'm looking for a POPmail program for the PC.  I've looked in back articles
for this group but haven't found any references.

I'm familiar with POPmail/PC from the  University of Minnesota but it
doesn't seem quite stable enough for our campus needs.  Anything as fancy
as the Minnesota program down to a command line interface would be
interesting to know about.  (Windows based programs not necessary, though
I'd be interested in knowing about them as well.)
