Hiya,

  Well, in the 12 or so hours since I posted this question, I've gotten a
flood of mail telling me about a CDEV called "Temperament2" in the sumex
archives.  I'll be ftp-ing real soon now.  I also got one response about
something called Word Minder, which I guess does more or less the same thing,
but only for Word files.  Since John Rotenstein wrote Temperament, I'll
definitely give it a go....

  Thanks much!  Now all I need is a version of Boomerang that works in 7.0...
