I just downloaded MacOberon 2.0 from apple.com, but cannot get a proper 
printout of the documentation.  I get a printout where the fonts, spacing, and
font sizes are not correct.  Could somebody give my a hint as to what I am
doing wrong or what file(s) am I missing?
