Try ftping to isca.uiowa.edu (if your nameserver barfs on that, try the IP numbers 128.255.19.233) There are two WK updaters there, one called WK-1108 something and one is WK1110 something. isca maintains a mirror of the sumex archive, but keeps older stuff sumex dumps from lack of disk space.
