Why do I always get the message "getsockname: invalid parameter"
whenever I try to ftp outside of the local university net?  I think
it may be a problem with the ancient version 2.1.2 of Unix that the
system is running, but I have no idea.  Anyone?

If you know anything about this, HELP!
