Does anyone have experience connecting an HP DeskWriter or other
Macintosh-specific serial printer to an AppleTalk network via a
Shiva NetSerial device?

I am thinking of doing this and would like to hear from others that 
have done so.  Is it reasonably efficient?  Does it work well?  Is 
there an alternative solution that is better?
