Yow!  So *that's* why I got a mousepad in the mail a month ago!  I got a 
IIcx a *year* ago, and must've checked the mousepad box for my free gift.
(It's an OK mousepad, with "Apple" in big Apple-font.  Too bad the Apple
mouse on top of it is flaking out, but that's another story...)

Hang in there, you might get your gift sometime next year :-).
