I believe both are at the Sumex ftp archives (36.44.0.6). Check the source/c directory...and others. :-) (or maybe it's the lang/c directory. I don't know - look.) Flex and Bison have worked flawlessly for me and are quicker than my unix machine is (and that running flex and bison on my mac plus). I have never run into problems with either and incorporating the generated code into a program. Hope this info helps.
