folks,

I'm using farallon's macrecorder sound driver with the sound mgr. in 6.0.7
and I'm attempting to determine the level (amplitude) of the input, but
to no avail. Does anyone have any pointers they'd like to share?       
The idea is to take some specified action when the sound input has reached
a particular amplitude (loudness).

Any help would be appreciated.
