Message-ID: <1991Apr12.133717.8911@umiami.ir.miami.edu> Date: 12 Apr 91 17:37:16 GMT Organization: Univ of Miami IR Lines: 25 I've been using System 7b4 and I've noticed a problem with the Standard File open dialog box. When I'm say 3 directories deep on my hard disk and I want to go up a level or 2, I pull down the menu at the top and choose that level. A lot of times, though (enough to be annoying), the menu doesn't change to that level, and the directory stays the same. If I even click the pop up menu again, it then goes to that directory and changes the menu. Once or twice, even, both menus stayed, the new on top of the old (I'm refering to the "title" portion of the menu). Anyone seen this problem before? And if so, has it been fixed in later versions? I know about the command-arrow combinations but I use the mouse becuase I'm used to it. Besides, it shouldn't be like this anyway.
