I tried defragging the drive...didn't help. It looks like the problem is that the IIcx doesn't have 32-bit clean roms. The reason I have only 11 Meg is that there can only be 14 Meb - 1 Meg for each NuBus card. Makes sense to me...I do have 3 NuBus cards.
