IMPACT Software Publishing is introducing the IMPACT Software Card which 
will allow NeXT users to select, test, and purchase software right from 
their own computer.  (The Software Card is free and there is no charge 
unless the user purchases a software.)  

Starting in June 1991, IMPACT will be distributing a variety of software 
written by independent developers from all over the country.  These software 
will be of very high quality but with very reasonable prices, most of them 
between $10 and $40.  (For example, PhaseScope, a mathematical program 
written by Dr. Michael J. Mezzino, will be distributed by us and is featured
in the Winter 1991 issue of "NeXT on Campus".)  

If you would like to obtain a Software Card, please complete the following
membership form and mail the form to:

  The Software Card

  1. IMPACT Software Publishing, Inc. will be collecting NeXT software from
     a variety of developers and releasing them periodically in floppy disks,
     CD-ROMs, and optical disks.
  
  2. Members will be able to get demo copies of these software from user 
     groups, software libraries, and IMPACT.  They will, in turn, be 
     encouraged to give demo copies to other members.

  3. After directly testing out a selection of demo software, a member will 
     be able to instantly purchase the software he or she wants by calling up
     IMPACT's 1-800 number.

  4. The price of the software will then be charged to the member's account,
     and an access number which enables the demo software to become a fully
     functional software will be given over the phone.
