I am trying to make the tests which come with libg++, but
the first test wants to include a file called a.out.h.  This
file does not appear to be on my 400MB Station.  There
is on one my local VAX, but the contents seem like they
would be system dependent.  (I don't really know what
a.out.h is supposed to do).  Can anyone enlighten me?
Do I really need this file?
