Newsgroups: comp.terminals Subject: IBM3151 as VT100: smooth-scroll mode Message-ID: <9104142323.AA00917@ucbvax.Berkeley.EDU> Date: 14 Apr 91 23:23:01 GMT Sender: daemon@ucbvax.BERKELEY.EDU Lines: 17 Guru question: In a VT100 reference somewhere, I found the codes to move in and out of smooth-scroll mode, which worked just fine. Trouble is, these new IBM 3151's that our campus has acquired seem to have *three* scroll modes: normal (jump), slow (smooth f), and painfully slow (smooth s). I can control the jump vs. smooth with set/reset mode ?4, but I can't figure out how to control the smooth f vs. smooth s modes. Does anyone know what mode sets these? Replies via e-mail, please.
