	Anyone know how to get BiBTeX to do an annotated bibliography?
The Lamport's LaTeX book mentions an "anotate" field (p146) but says
that it is not used by any of the standard bibliograhy styles. Anyone
know of a style that does use it and where such a style can be
obtained?
