A short time ago, info-tex offerred eepic on the list server.  This morning
I captured only to discover that it required epic.  The readme file said it
 would
give information later on how to get epic, but didn't.  Moreover, the memo
I sent to the author's internet address bounced back as addressee unknown.
So does anyone know how to find epic, either via the list server or
anonymous ftp?
