EPIC is also available as a package on FILESERV. Include the command SENDME EPIC in the body of a mail message to FILESERV@SHSU.BITNET and you should get it. If you want it via anonymous ftp, niord.shsu.edu has the package in the directory [FILESERV.EPIC]. I didn't change eepic's readme to indicate this as I wanted to leave it as original as possible (which I guess I will change as a footnote somewhere).
