They charge a few hundred $ for It and I don't know whether they will work with the NeXT. However, it is easy to go the other way: \documentstyle[times]{whatever} will compose your {whatever} with Adobe Times, which you can preview; if you use a non-NeXT printer with builting Adobe fonts you can also use the other fonts, but you can't preview them, of course.
