  Maybe this is a dumb question, but... I want to use a parameter file with
ftp (.ftprc or whatever), to do things like turn on hashing.  Man makes
no mention of such a thing, that I could find.  Fusion TCP/IP for VMS has
it, I can't believe SunOS doesn't :->.  Pointers, anyone?
