I passed the aforementioned article to all the members of my end-user support team; and while the article 'had them going' in the beginning, when one got to the bottom, it became *obvious* that it was tongue-in-cheek humor. You have seen that style of humor, haven't you? I have been reading computer related pubs written to various user levels for about 10 years, and it has been my experience that you almost *always* see some article which, at first glance appears to be real, only to 'remove its tongue from its cheek in the end'. Geez!, lighten up! Laugh once in a while; and get some sun!
