Many more apologies;  I have recieved several requests for exact information
on where and when FMSOUND 1.0 would be on cica.

The quick scoop:  It is available now, in \pub\pc\win3\uploads\fm10.zip.

There is another file in the uploads directory called fmsoun.zip:  this
is not the current version, but an older version, and a duplicate of the file
fmsound.zip that is already available on cica.	Get fm10.zip instead.

Again, any questions are welcomed at rafetmad@cub.oxy.edu (the return address
on this post will work, too, but cub is faster.)
