I have a Form Dialog, and one of its children is a "CANCEL" button.
The cancel button invokes a callback that does XtUnmanageChild on
the Form Dialog Widget.  In Motif 1.0/X11R3, this popped down the
Form Dialog (and XtManageChild would pop it back up at a later time).

This does not work under Metrolink's X11R4/Motif 1.1 -- 
XtUnmanageChild(FormDialog) causes the following protocol error
and crashes my application:

X Error of failed request:  BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
  Major opcode of failed request:  42 (X_SetInputFocus)
  Minor opcode of failed request:  0
  Resource id in failed request:  0x600049
  Serial number of failed request:  1244
  Current serial number in output stream:  1246
