Mika,

I am in the South florida area, and Southern Bell is doing exatctly the
same here as your phone company is doing there.  The bill is a summary,
but I have heard of no plans to expand it to an itemized statement in
the future.  Even just the summary however, was nice to have and
definately a big step ;in the right direction.  It was nice to open it
up and see my totals without having to ask someone...
