My name is Dale Hayes and I am the Technology Specialist for the
Services for the Visually Imapaired in Lincoln Nebraska.  I would like
to tell people about the job situations we have been working out with
major corporations like American Express, Marriott, Hyatt and U.S.
West.  I would like to share information and solutions we have used
which have worked out quite well. In several instances we have blind
employees who are out-performing their sighted co-workers.  I would be
